Data was collected by the WHO Quality of Life Scale and a researcher-made questionnaire assessing the achievement of the services provoded by the Martyrs and Veterans Foundation. Data was analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and Chi-square tests and the structural equations. Findings: The mean age and mean schooling years of the veterans were 52.7±7.7 and 11.5±3.8 years, respectively. The achievement of total services provided by the Martyrs and Veterans Foundation and the health and care services negatively correlated with the quality of life.
