Therefore, they need special services and attention so they can enjoy a good quality of life. The purpose of the present study was to investigate how to service veterans according to the type of injury and to provide solutions for improving their quality of life. Instrument and methods: This study was conducted using a combination (quantitative and qualitative) method in 2014 among 368 veterans over 25% of Kermanshah province. Sampling in the quantitative part was a combination of classification and systematic, and in the qualitative section, was deliberate. The data gathering tool in the quantitative method was questionnaire and in the qualitative method was interviewing, observing, living experience and document review. Data analysis in quantitative method was based on SPSS 20 software by chi-square test, V Kramer, univariate analysis of variance and Shafa test And was performed in a qualitative way through open and closed coding and data organization. Findings: Satisfaction with the educational, welfare, sporting, cultural and cooperative services was not related to the type of injuries (p>0.05). The method of health services in the components of complementary therapeutic insurance and dental services, and in urban space in the components of pavement, street, bus and urban fleet, parks and shopping centers and passages were related to the type of injuries. Type of injury was also effective on how to spend leisure time and quality of life (p<0.05). The type of injury does not affect the satisfaction of the educational, welfare, sporting, cultural and cooperative services, but it affects the satisfaction of health services, urban space services, leisure time and quality of life.
