fa مدل معادله ساختاری رابطه خدمات سازمان بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران با کیفیت زندگی ایثارگران؛ مطالعه موردی شهر شیراز عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">اهداف: </span></strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">کیفیت زندگی، شاخص مناسبی از جایگاه فرد در جامعه و برخورداری وی از امکانات و مواهب مادی و غیرمادی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین میزان بهره‌مندی ایثارگران از خدمات سازمان بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران و کیفیت زندگی انجام شد.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ابزار و روش‌ها:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> این مطالعه همبستگی مقطعی در جمعیت ایثارگران جانباز و آزاده شهر شیراز در سال 1391 انجام شد و 383 ایثارگر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی سیستماتیک برای مطالعه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای سنجش مقیاس کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی و پرسش‌نامه‌ای پژوهشگرساخته سنجش بهره‌مندی از خدمات سازمان بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران بودند. داده‌ها با آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، مدل معادلات ساختاری و آزمون مجذور کای مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> میانگین سنی جانبازان شرکت‌کننده 7/7&plusmn;52/7 سال و میانگین سال‌های تحصیلات ایشان 3/8&plusmn;11/5 سال بود. بین بهره‌مندی از مجموع خدمات سازمان بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران و همچنین خدمات بهداشت و درمان با کیفیت زندگی رابطه معنی‌دار و منفی وجود داشت، ولی رابطه معنی‌داری بین بهره‌مندی از خدمات مسکن و خدمات معیشت با کیفیت زندگی مشاهده نشد. برازش مدل ساختاری با توجه به سنجش‌های انجام‌شده مورد تایید قرار گرفت.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> استفاده از خدمات مسکن، معیشت و بهداشت و درمان سازمان بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران، تاثیر قابل توجهی در ابعاد کیفیت زندگی ایثارگران شهر شیراز ندارد.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:42.45pt;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:42.55pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;"><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;">Aims: </span></span></strong><span style="background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;"><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;">As a proper criterion, the quality of life shows a person&rsquo;s situation in the society and physical and spiritual facilities provided for her. The aim of the study was to investigate the correlation between the veterans&rsquo; acheievment of the services provided by the Martyrs and Veterans Foundation and the quality of life. </span></span></p> <p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:42.45pt;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:42.55pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;"><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;">Instrument & Methods:</span></span></strong><span style="background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;"><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;"> In the correlation cross-sectional study, 383 veterans of Shiraz City were studied in 2012. The subjects were selected via systematic random sampling method. Data was collected by the WHO Quality of Life Scale and a researcher-made&nbsp; questionnaire assessing the achievement of the services provoded by the Martyrs and Veterans Foundation. Data was analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and Chi-square tests and the structural equations. </span></span></p> <p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:42.45pt;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:42.55pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;"><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;">Findings:</span></span></strong><span style="background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;"><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;"> The mean age and mean schooling years of the veterans were 52.7&plusmn;7.7 and 11.5&plusmn;3.8 years, respectively. The achievement of total services provided by the Martyrs and Veterans Foundation and the health and care services negatively correlated with the quality of life. Nevertheless, the achievement of housing services and of livelihood services did not significantly correlate with the quality of life.
