fa میزان مناسب‌سازی ساختمان‌های دولتی برای جانبازان؛ مطالعه موردی شهر رشت عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">اهداف: </span></strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">از مهم‌ترین مشکلات فضاهای شهری در ایران، نامناسب‌بودن فضاهای عمومی آنها برای معلولان است. بسیاری از ساختمان‌های دولتی برای دسترسی برابر جانبازان و معلولان از شرایط مناسبی برخوردار نیستند. این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی مناسب‌سازی ساختمان‌های عمومی و دولتی شهر رشت برای استفاده معلولان و جانبازان انجام شد.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ابزار و روش‌ها: </span></strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این پژوهش پیمایشی توصیفی در 256 ساختمان دولتی شهر رشت در سال 1395 انجام شد و 70 ساختمان به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، چک‌لیست ارزیابی شاخص‌های مناسب‌سازی ساختمان‌های دولتی بود. ساختمان‌های عمومی منتخب شهر رشت براساس مولفه‌های مناسب‌سازی با استفاده از روش تاپسیس رتبه‌بندی شدند. پس از ورود داده‌ها به نرم‌افزار آماری، از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون برای تجزیه و تحلیل رابطه متغیرهای مورد بررسی استفاده شد.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در برخی فضاهای مورد مطالعه در شهر رشت، برخی مولفه‌های مناسب‌سازی رعایت شده بود. به لحاظ شاخص مناسب‌سازی ساختمان استانداری گیلان رتبه 1 و شورای شهر رتبه 70 را داشتند. بین فرآیند مدیریتی مناسب‌سازی ساختمان‌های دولتی و اقدامات اجرایی برای جانبازان رابطه معنی‌داری وجود داشت (0/637=</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">r</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">؛ 0/0001=</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">p</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">)؛ بین مشارکت سازمان‌های دولتی و مناسب‌سازی ساختمان‌های عمومی رابطه معنی‌داری وجود داشت (0/526=</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">r</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">؛ 0/0001=</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">p</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">)؛ بین مشخصات جمیعت‌شناختی مدیران دولتی و مناسب‌سازی ساختمان‌های دولتی رابطه معنی‌داری وجود داشت (0/56=</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">r</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">؛ 0/0001=</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">p</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">)؛ بین میزان آمادگی ساختمان‌های دولتی و انجام اقدامات مناسب‌سازی رابطه معنی‌داری وجود داشت (0/597=</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">r</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">؛ 0/0001=</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">p</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">).</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ساختمان‌های عمومی و دولتی شهر رشت از نظر دسترسی جانبازان و معلولان و اقدامات مناسب‌سازی در وضعیت متوسطی قرار دارند.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:42.45pt;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:42.55pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;"><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;">Aims: </span></span></strong><span style="background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;"><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;">One of the most Iranian urban problems is the inappropriateness of the public places for persons with disabilities. Many buldings have not been made suitable for the veterans and the disabled persions&rsquo; achievements. The aim of the study was to assess the adaptaion of public and state buldings for the veterans and disabled persons in Rasht. </span></span></p> <p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:42.45pt;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:42.55pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;"><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;">Instrument & Methods:</span></span></strong><span style="background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;"><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;"> In the descriptive survey study, 70 state buldings, selected of 256 buldings via simple random sampling method, were studied in Rasht in 2016. Data was collected by a checklist assessing the adaption indices in the state buldings. The public buldings of Rasht were classified using the TOPSIS method and based on the adaptation parameters. Data was analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient test to analyze the correlation between the variables. </span></span></p> <p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:42.45pt;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:42.55pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;"><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;">Findings:</span></span></strong><span style="background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;"><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;"> In some urban spaces of Rasht, some adaptation parametrs were observd. Noticing the bulding adaptation index, the Gilan governership bulding and the city council bulding were ranked as the first and the 70th, respectively. The management process for the adaptation of the state buldings and the practical actions concerning the veterans were significantly correlated (r=0.637; p=0.0001).
