fa رابطه شادکامی با متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی، شخصیت و فعالیت‌های ارادی شادی‌آفرین در جانبازان و ایثارگران Relationship of Happiness with Demographic Characteristics, Personality and Intentional Activities in Veterans عمومى General پژوهشي Research اهداف: شادی جنبه ای از عواطف انسانی است که دارای ابعاد و پیامدهای کاربردی مختلف در حوزه های فردی- اجتماعی، روانی-‌ جسمانی و شناختی- عاطفی است. علی رغم اینکه شادکامی به عنوان هدفی مهم در زندگی در بیشتر فرهنگ ها مورد توجه قرار گرفته است، اما منابع و عوامل موثر بر آن در فرهنگ ها و گروههای مختلف متفاوت است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان شادکامی و فاکتورهای شخصیتی موثر بر آن در جمعیت ایثارگران ایران انجام شد. ابزار و روش‌ها: این پژوهش توصیفی پیمایشی در جانبازان، همسران جانبازان، آزادگان، همسران آزادگان و همسران شهید ایران در نیمه دوم سال 1391 انجام شد و 1135 نفر به شیوه نمونه گیری طبقه ای سهمیه ای نامساوی انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از مقیاس شادکامی آکسفورد، پرسش‌نامه شخصیتی نئو و پرسش‌نامه فعالیت‌های ارادی استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های تحلیل واریانس یک‌راهه، همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام‌به‌گام تجزیه و تحلیل شد.  یافته‌ها: شادکامی با سن (0/06r=؛ 05/0p<)، سطح تحصیلات (0/22r=؛ 0/001p<)، میزان درآمد ماهیانه (0/16-r=؛ 0/001p<) و فعالیت ارادی (0/57r=؛ 0/001p<) همبستگی معنی‌دار داشت. بین ابعاد شخصیت یعنی روان رنجورخویی، برون‌گرایی، وظیفه شناسی، سازگاری و توافق با شادکامی همبستگی معنی‌داری مشاهده شد. نتیجه‌گیری: ویژگی های شخصیتی (روان رنجورخویی و برون گرایی)، شرایط زندگی (سطح درآمد) و فعالیت های ارادی شادی‌آفرین بر سطح شادکامی جمعیت ایثارگر ایران موثر هستند. Aims: As an aspect of the human emotions, happiness have different practical dimensions and outcomes in the social and personal domain, as well as in the psycho-physical and the emotional cognitive domains. Despite the fact that happiness has been noticed in many cultures as an important goal of life, but its sources and the factors affecting it are different in different cultures and groups. The aim of the study was to investigate the happiness and the personality factors affecting it in the Iranian veteran population.  Instrument & Methods: In the descriptive survey study, the Iranian veterans and their spouses, the ex-prisoners of war and their spouses, and the spouses of the Iranian martyrs were studied in 2012-13. 1135 persons were selected via unequal ratio stratified sampling method. Data was collected using Oxford Happiness Questionnaire, NEO Personality Inventory, and Volunteer Functions Inventory. Data was analyzed using one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise regression tests.  Findings: Happiness was significantly correlated with age (r=0.06; p<0.05), educational level (r=0.22; p<0.01); monthly income (r=-0.16; p<0.001), and volunteer activities (r=0.57; p<0.001). The personality dimensions, i. e. neuroticism, extroversion, conscientiousness, adaptability, and agreeableness, were significantly correlated by happiness.
