fa فراتحلیل پژوهش‌های سرمایه اجتماعی در بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:iransharp_printingsize,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اهداف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:iransharp_printingsize,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&nbsp; یکی از موضوعات پژوهشی که در بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران مورد توجه قرار گرفته است سرمایه اجتماعی است. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی فراتحلیلی پژوهش‌های سرمایه اجتماعی در بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران ایران بود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:iransharp_printingsize,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اطلاعات و روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:iransharp_printingsize,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در این پژوهش مروری، هفت مورد پژوهش‌ که با موضوع سرمایه اجتماعی کارمندان و افراد تحت پوشش بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران انجام شده بود، به‌روش فراتحلیل کیفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. &nbsp;</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:iransharp_printingsize,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:iransharp_printingsize,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در خصوص آگاهی و اعتماد اجتماعی و هنجارها، نتایج پژوهش‌های بنیاد</span></span> <span style="font-family:iransharp_printingsize,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">با پژوهش‌های عمومی همسو بود. سطح اندک اعتماد به جامعه، کاهش سطح روابط اجتماعی با نظام همسایگی و نظام خویشاوندی، سطح نازل اعتماد نهادی به‌خصوص اعتماد به کنشگران سیاسی و دولتی، و پایین‌بودن سطح مشارکت اجتماعی جوانان تفاوت معنی‌داری با جامعه عادی نداشت. در مورد مشارکت رسمی و اعتماد نهادی، میانگین نمرات جامعه هدف بنیاد بالاتر از سطح عمومی، و در مورد شبکه‌های ارتباطات و حمایت غیررسمی میانگین نمرات جامعه هدف بنیاد پایین‌تر از سطح عمومی بود.</span></span><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:iransharp_printingsize,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:iransharp_printingsize,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:iransharp_printingsize,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> سرمایه اجتماعی افراد تحت پوشش بنیاد در مولفه‌های آگاهی و اعتماد اجتماعی و هنجارها با پژوهش‌های عمومی همسو است. همچنین سطح اندک اعتماد به جامعه، کاهش سطح روابط اجتماعی با نظام همسایگی و نظام خویشاوندی، سطح نازل اعتماد نهادی به‌خصوص اعتماد به کنشگران سیاسی و دولتی، و پایین‌بودن سطح مشارکت اجتماعی جوانان تفاوتی با جامعه عادی ندارد. مشارکت رسمی و اعتماد نهادی جامعه هدف بنیاد بالاتر از سطح عمومی و شبکه‌های ارتباطات و حمایت غیررسمی جامعه هدف بنیاد پایین‌تر از سطح عمومی است.</span></span></div> <strong>Aims:</strong> One of the research topics considered at the martyr foundation and veterans&rsquo; affairs is social capital. The aim of this study was to meta-analytically examine the social capital research in the Iranian martyr foundation and veterans&rsquo; affairs.<br> <strong>Information and Methods: </strong>In the present review research, 7 research studies, conducted on the social capital of employees and individuals supported by the martyr foundation and veterans&rsquo; affairs, were examined by the qualitative meta-analysis method.<br> <strong>Findings: </strong>Regarding knowledge, social trust, and norms, the results of the foundation&#39;s research studies were in line with general research studies. The low level of trust in society, the decrease in the level of social relations with the neighboring system and kinship system, the low level of institutional trust, especially trust in political and governmental actors, and the low level of social participation of young people did not have a significant difference with the normal society. Regarding the formal partnership and institutional trust, the mean scores of the target community in foundation were higher than the general level, and in the case of communication networks and informal support, the mean scores of the target community in foundation were lower than the general level.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> &nbsp;The social capital of individuals supported by the foundation is consistent with general research in the components such as knowledge, social trust, and norms. Also, the low level of trust in society, the decrease in the level of social relations with the neighboring system and kinship system, the low level of institutional trust, especially trust in political and governmental actors, and the low level of social participation of young people did not have a significant difference with the normal society.
