fa نیازسنجی اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و روانی کارکنان بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران؛ مطالعه موردی استان خوزستان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>اهداف:</strong> برای تحقق رفاه اجتماعی و تامین نیازهای افراد جامعه، نخست باید به نیازسنجی اقدام نمود تا از طریق آن بتوان به شناخت و دیدی جامع نسبت به مهم‌ترین نیازها و اولویت‌های جامعه&shy; دست یافت. هدف تحقیق حاضر، سنجش وضعیت موجود و بررسی نیازهای کارکنان بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران در چهار بُعد اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و روانی و عوامل موثر بر آن بود.<br> <strong>ابزار و روش‌ها:</strong> در این پژوهش توصیفی در سال 1393، تعداد 230 نفر از کارکنان شاغل در ادارات بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران استان خوزستان به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته ارزیابی وضعیت موجود و سطح نیازمندی بود. داده‌ها توسط آزمون‌های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">T</span></span> مستقل و تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه آنالیز شدند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> اکثریت کارکنان از نظر اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی در وضعیت متوسط و از نظر روانی در وضعیت خوب قرار داشتند. نیازمندی‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و روانی 87.8% در سطح زیاد، 10.0% در سطح متوسط و 7/1% در سطح خیلی‌زیاد بود. میزان تحصیلات (0.006=<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">p</span></span>) و وضعیت استخدامی (0.001=<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">p</span></span>) با سطح نیازمندی رابطه معنی‌دار داشت. همچنین بین وضعیت اقتصادی (0.774-=<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">r</span></span>)، اجتماعی (0.439-=<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">r</span></span>)، فرهنگی (0.253-=<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">r</span></span>) و روانی (0.487-=<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">r</span></span>) کارکنان و سطح کلی نیازمندی آنها همبستگی معکوس و معنی‌دار مشاهده شد (0.0001=<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">p</span></span>).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>اکثریت کارکنان از نظر اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی در وضعیت متوسط و از نظر روانی در وضعیت خوب قرار دارند. نیازمندی‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و روانی اکثر افراد در سطح زیاد است. میزان تحصیلات، وضعیت استخدامی و وضعیت اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و روانی از عوامل موثر بر سطح نیازمندی کارکنان هستند.</span> <strong>Aims:</strong> In order to achieve social welfare and provide needs of people of the society, at first it is necessary to carry out a need assessment in order to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the most important needs and priorities of the society. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the present situation and to investigate the needs of staffs of the martyrs and sacrificers foundation in four dimensions: economic, social, cultural and psychological and factors affecting it.<br> <strong>Instrument & Methods:</strong> In this descriptive study, in &nbsp;2014, 230 people of staffs of the martyrs and sacrifices foundation in Khuzestan province were randomly selected. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire to assess the present situation and level of needs. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient, independent T-test and one-way analysis of variance.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> In most of staffs, the economic, social and cultural situation was at a moderate level and the psychological situation was at a good level. In %87.8, economic, social, cultural and psychological needs were at a high level, in %10.0 at an average level and in %1.7 at a very high level. There was a significant relationship between education level (p=0.006) and employment status (p=0.0001) with need level of staffs. As well as, there was a significant and reversed correlation between the economic situation (r=0.774), social situation (r=0.439), cultural situation (r=0.253) and psychological situation (r=0.487) with the general level of needs (p=0.0001).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> In most of staffs, the economic, social and cultural situation is at a moderate level and the psychological situation is at a good level. The economic, social, cultural and psychological needs of most people are high.
