fa رضایت از خدمات ارایه‌شده توسط بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران در جانبازان یک‌چشم‌ نابینا عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>اهداف:</strong> سنجش رضایت جانبازان از هر نوع خدمت می‌تواند معیار مناسبی برای کیفیت خدمت‌رسانی به آنها در نظر گرفته شود. بر این اساس مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی رضایت از خدمات ارایه‌شده توسط بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران در جانبازان یک‌چشم‌ نابینا انجام شد.<br> <strong>ابزار و روش‌ها:</strong> در این مطالعه توصیفی در سال 1396 در 19 استان از سراسر کشور، 1843 نفر جانباز یک‌چشم نابینا به روش سرشماری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. در این مطالعه از پرسش‌نامه رضایت‌مندی از خدمات ارایه‌شده توسط بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران استفاده شد که در آن شش خدمت شامل مسکن، بهداشتی- درمانی و توان‌بخشی، ورزشی، فرهنگی، معیشتی و رفاهی و تحصیلی سنجیده شدند. به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار آماری <span dir="LTR">SPSS 23</span> و آزمون‌های آماری پیرسون، آنوا و آزمون <span dir="LTR">T</span> استفاده شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> بیشترین میزان رضایت‌مندی مربوط به خدمات بهداشتی- درمانی و توان‌بخشی و تحصیلات، به ترتیب با میانگین‌های 1.18&plusmn;2.6 و 1.14&plusmn;2.6 و کمترین رضایت مربوط به خدمات ورزشی با میانگین 1.1&plusmn;2.0 بود. سطح رضایت‌مندی از خدمات با درصد جانبازی، اشتغال و استان ارایه‌دهنده ارتباط معنی‌داری داشت (0.05<span dir="LTR">p<</span>)؛ در حالی که میان تحصیلات و مصدومیت‌های همراه با سطح رضایت‌مندی از خدمات ارتباط معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد (0.05<span dir="LTR">p></span>).<br> <strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> جانبازان یک‌چشم‌ نابینا از خدمات ارایه‌شده توسط بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران رضایت نسبی دارند</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aims:</strong> Measuring the satisfaction of veterans from any kind of service can be considered as a good measure for the quality of service. The present study was conducted to evaluate the satisfaction of the services provided by Veterans and Martyrs Affair Foundation in veterans with unilateral blindness.<br> <strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> In this descriptive study, in 19 provinces across the country, 1843 veterans with unilateral blindness were studied in 2017. In this study, a satisfaction of the services provided by Veterans and Martyrs Affair Foundation questionnaire was used, in which six services including housing, health-therapy and rehabilitation, sports, cultural, livelihood and welfare and education were measured. The data were analyzed by SPSS 23 software using Pearson statistical test, ANOVA and t-test.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> The highest satisfaction was related to health-therapy and rehabilitation services and education with a mean score of 2.6&plusmn;1.18 and 2.6&plusmn;1.14, respectively, and the lowest satisfaction was related to sports services with a mean score of 2.0&plusmn;1.1. The satisfaction level of services showed significant relationships with disability rate, employment and the province which provided (p<0.05); while there was no significant relationship between education and associated injuries with the level of satisfaction of the services (p>0.05).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Veterans with unilateral blindness have a relative satisfaction with the services provided by Veterans and Martyrs Affair Foundation.</div> نابینایی, خدمات سلامت, جانباز Blindness, Health Services, Veterans 143 148 http://ijis.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-49-1&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 A.
