fa ارزیابی مراکز مشاوره شاهد و ایثارگر براساس الگوی سیپ در استان‌های منتخب ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="border-top: none; border-right: none; border-left: none; border-image: initial; border-bottom: 1pt solid windowtext; padding: 0mm 0mm 1pt; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:IRANSharp_PrintingSize,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">هداف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:IRANSharp_PrintingSize,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> مراکز مشاوره شاهد و ایثارگر نقش مهمی در ارایه انواع خدمات مشاوره در زمینه‌های مختلف به جامعه شاهد و ایثارگر دارند؛ </span></span><span style="font-family:IRANSharp_PrintingSize,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">لذا ضروری است کیفیت این خدمات با عنایت به نگرش سیستمی بررسی شود.</span></span> <span style="font-family:IRANSharp_PrintingSize,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی مراکز مشاوره شاهد و ایثارگر براساس الگوی سیپ در استان‌های منتخب ایران انجام پذیرفت. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:IRANSharp_PrintingSize,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ابزار و روش‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:IRANSharp_PrintingSize,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> این پژوهش توصیفی در سال 98-1397 روی 382 نفر از مراجعان، 100 نفر از مشاوران و 22 نفر از کارشناسان مراکز مشاوره شاهد و ایثارگر در استان‌های تهران، خوزستان، آذربایجان شرقی، گیلان و خراسان رضوی انجام شد. نمونه‌ها به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی نسبتی انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از سه پرسش‌نامه مشاوران، مدیران و مراجعان و یک چک‌لیست استفاده شد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:IRANSharp_PrintingSize,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:IRANSharp_PrintingSize,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> کیفیت زمینه‌ها، درون‌دادها، فرآیندها و برون‌دادهای مراکز شاهد و ایثارگر از حیث منابع انسانی در تمام استان‌های منتخب تا حدود زیادی در سطح مطلوب بودند. به گونه‌ای که مراجعان و کارشناسان مدیر مسئول از عملکرد مشاوران رضایت بالایی داشتند و مشاوران از عملکرد کارشناسان رضایت داشتند. اما عوامل مادی و کالبدی این مراکز مانند بودجه، فضا، امکانات، تسهیلات در سطح نسبتاً پایینی از مطلوبیت ارزیابی شدند. در حالی که رضایت از منابع مالی و مادی مراکز با اخذ امتیاز 57/2 در سطح نامطلوب ارزیابی شد. تجهیزات و تسهیلات تخصصی در مراکز به میزان لازم وجود نداشتند. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:IRANSharp_PrintingSize,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:IRANSharp_PrintingSize,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> میزان کیفیت منابع انسانی از حیث تخصص و تجربه در مقایسه با کیفیت عوامل سازمانی و مادی در مراکز شاهد و ایثارگر تمام استان‌های منتخب ایران در سطح بالایی از مطلوبیت ارزیابی می‌شود. </span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aims:</strong> Martyr and Sacrificer Counseling Centers play an important role in providing various counseling services in different fields to the Martyr and Sacrificer Society; therefore, it is necessary to check the quality of these services with regard to the systemic approach. The aim of this study was to evaluate Martyr and Sacrificer Counseling Centers based on the Cipp model in selected provinces of Iran.<br> <strong>Instruments & Methods:</strong> This deccriptive study was conducted on 382 clients, 100 consultants and 22 experts of Martyr and Sacrificer Counseling Centers in Tehran, Khuzestan, East Azerbaijan, Gilan and Khorasan Razavi provinces in 2018-2019. Samples were selected by stratified random sampling method. Three questionnaires for consultants, clients and experts, and a checklist were used to gather information.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> The quality of fields, inputs, processes and outputs of Martyr and Sacrificer Counseling Centers in terms of human resources in all selected provinces were largely at the desired level. In such a way that the clients and experts of the responsible manager were very satisfied with the performance of the consultants. And the consultants were satisfied with the performance of the experts, but the material and physical factors of these centers such as budget, space, and facilities were evaluated at a relatively desirable level. While the satisfaction with the financial and material resources of the centers was evaluated by obtaining a score of 2.57 at an undesirable level.
