fa نگرش جامعۀ ایثارگری به رواج ارزش‌ها و ویژگی‌های اخلاقی در بین مردم و مسئولان کشور عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong>هدف:</strong> این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رواج ارزش‌های مثبت و منفی در بین مردم و مسئولان از نگاه ایثارگران به انجام رسیده است.<br> <strong>ابزار و روش‌ها:</strong> تحقیق با روش کمی و تکنیک پیمایش به انجام رسیده و جامعۀ آماری پژوهش همۀ افراد 18 سال به بالای جامعۀ ایثارگری در کل کشور است که 13340 نفر از آنان به روش‌های نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای و تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده و در تحقیق شرکت کردند و سرانجام تعداد 11960 پرسشنامه جهت انجام تحلیل‌های آماری مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> از نظر شرکت‌کندگان در این پژوهش، رواج ارزش‌های مثبت در بین مردم (با شاخص ارزیابی 59/0) و بین مسئولان (36/0) کمتر از متوسط و رواج ارزش‌های منفی در بین مردم (59/1) و بین مسئولان (39/1) بالاتر از متوسط ارزیابی شده است. در بین مسئولان، عمل‌ به وعده‌ها، پاسخگویی و مسئولیت‌پذیری کمتر دیده می‌شود و قوم و خویش‌بازی، رفتار تبعیض‌آمیز و سوء‌استفاده از مقام و مسئولیت بیشتر رواج دارد. همچنین، در بین عموم مردم، گذشت، وقت‌شناسی، انصاف و وجدانِ کاری کمتر دیده شده و &nbsp;تظاهر و دورویی، قانون‌گریزی و دروغگویی بیشتر از سایر ویژگی‌ها گزارش شده است. پاسخگویان ساکن در استان‌های مرزی و کم‌برخوردار رواج ارزش‌های اخلاقی در بین مردم و مسئولان را بالاتر ارزیابی می‌کنند.<br> <strong>نتیجه: </strong>از نظر پاسخگویان، رواج ارزش‌ها و ویژگی‌های اخلاقی در بین مردم و مسئولان نامطلوب و پایین‌تر از حد متوسط ارزیابی می‌شود. <strong>Aim:</strong> This study was conducted to investigate the prevalence of positive and negative values ​​among people and officials from the perspective of Sacrificers.<br> <strong>Instrument and Methods: </strong>The research was conducted by quantitative method and survey technique and the statistical population of the study is all people 18 years and older in the community of Sacrificers in the whole country. Finally 11,960 questionnaires were used for statistical analysis.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> According to the participants in this study, the prevalence of positive values ​​among the people (with an evaluation index of 0.59) and among officials (0.36) is less than average and the prevalence of negative values ​​among the people (1.59) and among officials (1.39) rated above average. Promises, accountability, and less accountability are less common among officials; and ethnicity, self-indulgence, discriminatory behavior, and abuse of office are more common. Also, forgiveness, punctuality, fairness, and conscience are less common among the general public, and hypocrisy, lawlessness, and lying are more common than other characteristics.
