Data was collected by a checklist assessing the adaption indices in the state buldings. The public buldings of Rasht were classified using the TOPSIS method and based on the adaptation parameters. Data was analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient test to analyze the correlation between the variables.

Noticing the bulding adaptation index, the Gilan governership bulding and the city council bulding were ranked as the first and the 70th, respectively. The management process for the adaptation of the state buldings and the practical actions concerning the veterans were significantly correlated (r=0.637; p=0.0001). In addition, the partnership of the state organizations and the adaptation of the public buldings (r=0.526; p=0.0001), the demographic characteristics of the state managers and the the adaptation of the public buldings (r=0.56; p=0.0001), and the preparedness of the state buldings and the conduction of the adaptation actions (r=0.597; p=0.0001) were significantly correlated.
