Effect of Relationship of Managers and Staff of Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs on Satisfaction of the Families of Martyrs and Veterans in Sistan and Baluchistan Province

Aims: Giving services to veterans society is the responsibility of the staff and managers of the Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs and the more effective the communication between the managers and staff of the martyr foundation, the greater the organization survival and satisfaction of individuals. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of relationship of managers and staff of Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs on satisfaction of the families of martyrs and veterans in Sistan and Baluchistan province.
Instruments & Methods: This descriptive-correlational study was conducted in 2018 among 374 individuals of martyr and veterans family in Sistan and Baluchistan province that were selected by stratified random sampling. For collecting the data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to measure the relationship between managers and staff and satisfaction of families of martyrs and veterans. The content and face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test. The data were analyzed by SPSS 23 software, using Pearson correlation and multiple regression tests.
Findings: Relationship of managers and staff of Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs could predict 11% of the satisfaction of families of martyrs and veterans. 12% of satisfaction of the families of martyrs and veterans was predicted through the internal social relationship between managers and staff and its components, and 14% was predicted by the external social relationship between managers and staff and its components (p=0.0001).
Conclusion: Relationship of managers and staff of Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs is effective in satisfaction of the families of martyrs and veterans.
